School board meetings made easier with Stage Front technology
School boards are regularly faced with the challenges of communicating
complex issues with the public. Stage Front has recently worked
with several school systems to integrate technology in their public
meeting facilities that helps people to better get ideas across
and more effectively move the agenda forward.
Two such boardroom installations are for the Richmond
Co. Board of Education and the Savannah-Chatham
Co. Board of Education. Each features:

· High-resolution flat monitors for the board members
· Projection screen for the audience
· Multimedia presenters lectern with document camera
and microphone
· Automatic mixing system for the board members microphones
· Microphone(s) for audience comments
· Connections for fixed and laptop computers
· DVD/VCR playback
· Touchpanel control system
· Automated pan/tilt/zoom cameras for recording and
broadcast
· Audio output connections for local TV and radio media

Stage Front has upcoming boardroom installations with Liberty
Co. Schools and Horry Co. Schools,
and is currently designing a new boardroom system for Columbia
Co. Board of Education.
