Service Options

Stage Front offers a full range of Service Agreements, Warranty Service, as well as Time & Material Service options.

Our Service Agreements provides customers with two important options for managing their technical systems in the form of “Complete” and “Preventative” service agreements.

The Stage Front Complete Maintenance and Service Agreement (CMSA) provides you with worry-free support of your installed Stage Front systems. It covers all parts, labor, travel, and other expenses related to performing preventative maintenance and repair services, with no hidden or surprise charges of any kind.

The Stage Front Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement (PMA) provides many of the same benefits of the CMSA, including preventative maintenance and preferred service status at a lower price point. The PMA covers onsite maintenance, and the customer receives priority scheduling and a discounted service rate in the event that repairs are needed.
